Your account helps us identify you when you are on the site, allowing us to provide you with information for your orders and your files. It also gives us a way to contact you regarding your printing needs, as well as keep track of your searches and purchases.

Creating an account is simple and takes just a moment. Click the "My Account" button at the top of any page on our site to begin the process. Then, you will need to follow these four steps to create an account:

  1. Enter your first and last name in the "Name" field.
  2. Enter your zip or postal code.
  3. Enter your email address, then re-enter it in the next field for confirmation.
  4. Enter a unique password, then re-enter it in the next field for confirmation.

Remember, the email address you give us is where all of your PsPrint communications-including order confirmations, special updates, and any email newsletters you sign up for-will be sent. Your email address will also be used when you log in to PsPrint.

Creating an account is simple and takes just a moment. Click the "My Account" button Print respects your privacy completely. We will never sell, rent, or give away any of your personal information without your permission. The information contained in your account helps us identify you when you are on the site. We use your email address to send you order confirmations, important updates, and any email newsletters you've requested. The password you create for your account is for you alone. It ensures that only you have access to your account.

Your PsPrint account can be easily accessed by clicking the "My Account" button at the top of any page on our site. You will need to be logged in with your email address and password before any account information is displayed. Only registered PsPrint users have an account.

To log in, select the "Log In" link at the top of any page on our web site, and then enter your email address and password. Click the "My Account" link, which is also located at the top of any page.

The My Account page allows you to view and/or edit your orders and files, as well as your account preferences.

| Q | How do I change the email address associated with my PsPrint account?

To change the email address associated with your PsPrint account, you must first log in. To log in, select the "My Account" link at the top of any page on our web site, and then enter the email address you currently use on our site. Next, type in your password. Click the "Login" button, which is located immediately below the password field.

On the My Account page, click the "Preferences" link, which is located on the left hand side of the page. Type in your current password in the "Password (for verification)" field. Enter your new email address in the "New Email Address" field. Re-enter your new email address in the "Confirm New Email Address" field. Next, Click the "Update Email" button.

If you forget your password, please click the "Password Assistance" link on the Log In page.

| Q | How do I update the information saved in my PsPrint account?

To change any of the information that you have saved in your PsPrint account, you must first log in. To log in, select the "Log In" link at the top of any page on our web site, and then enter your email address and password. Click the "My Account" button, which is also located at the top of any page. From there, you can make and save any changes.

If you forget your password, please click the "Password Assistance" link on the Log In page.

Yes. Your account information is stored on PsPrint's secure Internet servers, so you can access PsPrint from just about anywhere.

| Q | How long will my files be saved in my PsPrint account?

Your artwork files will remain in the "My Files" section of your account for as long as you want. PsPrint provides customers with 750 MB of free storage space for artwork and mail list files, and we leave it up to you to decide how to best utilize your file storage space.
