| Q | What if I forget my PsPrint password?

Please remember that passwords are case-sensitive. You must enter your password exactly the same way, including capitalization, every time.

If you need assistance with your password, select the "My Account" link at the top of any page on our site. Click the "Password Assistance" link on the login page.

On the next page, enter the email address associated with your PsPrint account. Once you click the "Submit" button, we'll send you an email message with the subject line "Here is the password you requested." The email will contain the password to your account.

| Q | How do I change my PsPrint password?

To change the password associated with your PsPrint account, you must first log in. To log in, select the "My Account" link at the top of any page on our web site, and then enter the email address you currently use on our site. Next, type in your password. Click the "Login" button, which is located immediately below the password field.

On the My Account page, click the "Preferences" link, which is located on the left hand side of the page. Type in your current password in the "Old Password" field. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field. Re-enter your new password in the "Confirm New Password" field and click the "Update Password" button.

Your password must be four to twelve characters long and may include letters, numbers and/or punctuation characters. The password cannot include any blank spaces, and your email address may not be part of your password. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. When you are creating your PsPrint account, enter a new password in the "Password" field and re-type it in the "Confirm Password" field. Your password must be four to twelve characters long and may include letters, numbers and/or punctuation. The password cannot include any blank spaces, and your email address may not be part of your password. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. You must enter your password exactly the same way, including capitalization, every time.

If you forget your password, you may select the "Password Assistance" link on the Log In page and we will email your password for accessing your PsPrint account.
