Other File Submission Methods

| Q | Are there alternatives to uploading?
| A |

Yes. We encourage you to upload your files through our website since this is the fastest and most efficient way to get your files to us. If you need help uploading your first file, please feel free to contact us via online chat by clicking the "Live Support" icon in the upper left-hand corner of any page on our website for real-time uploading support. You can also contact us via telephone at 800.511.2009.

In addition, we accept files on CD-ROM Disks, CD-RW Disks, CD-R Disks, 100 MB Zip Disks, and 1 GB Jaz Disks. If you are interested in submitting your files on a disk, you need to mail your disk (with files in .eps, .jpg, .pdf, .ps, .psd, or .tif file format) to PsPrint Customer Service. You should reference your order number somewhere on your disk. We highly recommend mailing your materials overnight as this will speed up the start of your turnaround time.

| Q | Can I email my files to PsPrint?
| A |

No. Email is not a reliable method for sending us digital files since some corporate networks and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block emails with large file attachments.

There are two ways to upload files to PsPrint from our website as long as your print-ready files are in any of the following formats: .eps, .jpg, .pdf, .ps, .psd, .tif. You can upload a file during the ordering process. Alternatively, you can initiate the upload process anytime by clicking on the "My Files" button at the top of any page on our website. Then, you can login to your account and follow the instructions for uploading new files. If you do not have a PsPrint account, you will need to take a moment to register.

| Q | How will alternative file submission methods impact turnaround time?
| A |

It depends on the method you choose and on your timeliness in getting the new files and materials to us. We cannot makeup time as your job is on hold until we receive the new files.
