| Q | How do I ensure my artwork is mailing-ready?
| A |

PsPrint requires at least 3.5" of clear white space on the right side of your printed piece to ensure that you will not be charged more than our standard prices for mailing services. You can review a complete list of available mailing-ready product templates at: https://www.psprint.com/layout-templates/.

| Q | What is an indicia?
| A |

Indicia is a preprinted marking located in the upper right hand corner of each piece that will be mailed via first class mail or standard mail (formerly known as "Bulk" or "Third Class"). Indicia shows payment of postage by the sender, and PsPrint indicia must be used if PsPrint is handling your mailing job. The PsPrint indicia is included in all mailing-ready product templates at: https://www.psprint.com/layout-templates/.

| Q | What size should the indicia be?
| A |

For most pieces, the indicia will be approximately the size of a standard postage stamp and should be located in the upper right hand corner of the piece.

The indicia shows payment of postage by the sender, and PsPrint indicia must be used if PsPrint is handling your mailing job. The PsPrint indicia is included in mailing-ready product templates at: https://www.psprint.com/layout-templates/.

| Q | Can I use my non-profit indicia?
| A |

PsPrint allows non-profits to use their own indicia only when they reside in cities. Please note that there is an additional $50 fee charged for the extra mail drop.

| Q | Why do I need so much empty space on the back of my postcard?
| A |

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has strict guidelines for mailing services. The only text allowed in the address space is the indicia (or mailing stamp) and the recipient's address. In addition, PsPrint can not guarantee our standard mailing service prices if you don't adhere to our file preparation guidelines.
